August 15, 2013 Tools Are Great... If You Know How to Use ThemIf your company's IT department is top-notch, you're sure to have a ton of tools and systems at your disposal. This is a good thing. Since 20% of our work performance is fueled by our network skills — collaboration, team work, coaching — the easier it is to share information, the better. But too often these investments are wasted. Why? A lot of employees aren't equipped with the skills and knowledge to use these tools effectively. So, moving forward, IT should take a more active role.
