In Praise of Amazon's Ever-Changing Business Model


Amazon has changed a lot over the years — sometimes quite dramatically. The e-commerce giant, for example, transformed itself from a middleman between customers and distributors into a mega-stocked, fast-shipping behemoth. There's been a ton of small-scale changes as well. Same-day shipping and Sunday delivery in select cities are just two of many recent examples. Change, and change some more. It's the Amazon way. And this attitude is one of the biggest reasons for the company's success.
