Workaholics Need To Keep The Future in Mind


We all know workaholics who run themselves ragged. They're driven. They're focused solely on their work, and everything else — including family — falls by the wayside. And they find it impossible to cut back on their workloads. They have too many responsibilities, and they fear that slowing down will stall their progress. The problem with this way of thinking is that it disregards the future. Working crazy hours may bring short-term gain and gratification, but in ten years it may lead to burnout, frayed relationships, and unhappiness.
